The MWC along with providing direct support and training to Western Australian migrants workers coming from overseas also advocate for the rights of all migrant workers.

This includes:

• Talking to business industries
• Meeting with state and federal Members of Parliament to influence public policy
• Coordinating information with migrant community groups
• Publicly promoting the value migrant workers bring to our state so that everyone benefits

Right now, there are social issues and individuals who are using race, culture to divide the community and workers. Now more than ever its important that migrant workers voice’s are heard.
